WPC Resources name change to Blue Star

Pursuant to a resolution passed by directors Nov. 9, 2018, WPC Resources Inc. has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.
Effective at the opening on Friday, Jan. 18, 2019, the common shares of Blue Star Gold Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of WPC Resources will be delisted.
Capitalization: unlimited shares with no par value of which 130,900,304 shares are issued and outstanding
Transfer agent: Computershare Investor Services Inc.

New symbol: BAU
