WEST HIGH YIELD RELEASES THIRD QUARTER 2013 FINANCIAL RESULTS
West High Yield (WHY) Resources Ltd. has released its financial results, and management discussion and analysis for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2013. The unaudited interim condensed financial statements and related MD&A for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2013, have been filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities on SEDAR.
On Sept. 27, 2013, the company announced that the proceeds of the recently closed private placement would be used for general corporate purposes, working capital and updating the company’s previously released preliminary economic assessment. The company has since determined that it will not be updating the PEA.
