The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a brokered private placement announced Dec. 16, 2021.
Number of shares: 2,976,133 common share units (Each unit consists of one flow-through common share of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.)
Purchase price: 84 cents per unit
Warrants: 1,488,067 warrants to purchase 1,488,067 non-flow-through common shares of the company
Warrant exercise price: $1.25 for a period of 18 months from the date of issuance
Number of placees: six placees
