The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Sept. 1, 2017.

Number of shares: 1,893,333 common share units (Each unit consists of one common share and one-third of one warrant.)

Purchase price: 30 cents per unit

Warrants: 631,108 share purchase warrants to purchase 631,108 shares

Warrant exercise price: 45 cents for up to 12 months from the date of issuance

Number of placees: five placees

Total pro group involvement: 50,000 (one placee)
