War Eagle Mining name change to Warrior Gold

Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on Sept. 5, 2018, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.
Effective at the opening on Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, the common shares of Warrior Gold Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of War Eagle Mining Company Inc. will be delisted.
Capitalization: unlimited shares with no par value, of which 44,290,552 shares are issued and outstanding
