Victory Resources shareholders elect four directors
Victory Resources Corp. has released the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders that was held on Dec. 5, 2016.
At the meeting, company shareholders elected as directors Roger Frost, Alphonse Ruggiero, Dave Cross and Glen D. Harder. Mackay LLP, chartered accountant, was reappointed as the auditor, and the company’s stock option plan was renewed.
Following the meeting, Mr. Frost was reappointed as chief executive officer and president, Mr. Ruggiero was reappointed as the chief financial officer, and Kristine Frost was appointed secretary. The company’s audit committee comprises Mr. Ruggiero, Mr. Cross and Mr. Harder.
