Sutter Gold Announces Extension on Its Non-Brokered Private Placement

Sutter Gold Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SGM)(OTCQX:SGMNF) (“Sutter” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has granted Sutter an extension for the completion of its private placement financing, previously announced on November 14, 2012, to December 31, 2012. All remaining terms of the private placement remain unchanged.
