July Shareholder Update

  • Reported second batch assay results (holes WG-22-002 to WG-22-005) from the West Graham deposit at Lockerby East. Holes WG-22-006 to WG-22-018 will be released when available from the lab in the coming weeks
  • Conducted our first field program at the Muskox Project located ~400 km north of Yellowknife, NWT
  • Planned a follow-up visit to Muskox in August
  • Initiated ground geophysical work at our Janes Ni-Cu-PGM property located ~50 km east of Sudbury, Ontario
  • Launched a corporate video

Lockerby East Drilling Results

On July 13, 2022, we reported the second batch of assay results from the near- surface West Graham Ni-Cu sulphide deposit at our Lockerby East Project (see press release). Following up on the strong results from our first hole (see June 13 press release), Hole WG-22-003, intersected a broad zone of Ni-Cu mineralization over 76.0 m grading 0.54% NiEq. from 82.0 to 158.0 m, including a higher-grade zone of 0.84% NiEq. over 16.5 m.

The West Graham deposit contains over 47,000 tonnes of nickel and 34,000 tonnes of copper in indicated and inferred historical resources. Continued drilling should demonstrate the potential for West Graham to be a significant nickel asset in an already established nickel camp.

Muskox Project Field Program

After several flights delays and cancellations, the crew finally made back home last week. It was cold and rainy towards the end of the program but the impressive Ni-Cu sulphide showings made us want to stay longer! In fact, another trip has already been planned for August. In the meantime, we’re going through the data as we wait for the lab results for the grab samples. More to come shortly!

Corporate Video

That’s a wrap! A corporate video was created to showcase SPC’s assets. It was designed to provide visual aids and assist investors in better understanding the scope of SPC’s project pipeline. Click here to watch and let us know what you think!

Janes Property Update

We’ve initiated a ground geophysical program at our Janes Ni-Cu-PGM property. Recall we announced exceptional drilling results from Trench 1 last September (see press release). Past drilling has confirmed the potential for the property to host high-grade Ni-Cu-PGM mineralization close to surface. The new data will be integrated into the larger geological model to better understand the nature of the known mineralization and the overall potential of the property to host addition zones of sulphide mineralization.

Video Interview

In case you missed it, watch an interview with Grant Mourre, CEO, as he discusses the most recent West Graham results with host Steve Darling from Proactive Investors.
