Warrants: 650,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 650,000 shares
Warrant initial exercise price: 18 cents
Warrant term to expiry: one year
Non-flow-through (NFT) shares
Number of NFT shares: 5,937,500 non-flow-through shares
Purchase price: eight cents per non-flow-through share
Warrants: 5,937,500 share purchase warrants to purchase 5,937,500 shares
Warrant initial exercise price: 12 cents
Warrant term to expiry: one year
Number of placees: seven placees
Insider: Lawrence Roulston, 125,000
Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
