Brad Scharfe has resigned from Prospect Ridge Resources Corp.’s board of directors, effective May 7, 2026, to pursue other business interests.
The company thanks Mr. Scharfe for his valuable contributions, leadership and commitment during his four years of service on the board, and wishes him continued success in his future endeavours.
