ROBERT TURGEON RETIRES AS DIRECTOR AND OFFICER

Planet Green Metals Inc.’s Robert Turgeon has resigned as chief financial officer and a director of the company, effective March 31, 2025, in connection with his retirement. The company would like to thank Mr. Turgeon for his service to the company and wishes him well in his retirement.

Michele Pillon has assumed the role of CFO of Planet Green on an interim basis until a permanent replacement is selected. Ms. Pillon has acted as CFO of Planet Green prior to Mr. Turgeon’s appointment.
