Peloton closes private placement for $66,500
PELOTON MINERALS CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING
Peloton Minerals Corp. has closed a non-brokered private placement financing totalling $66,500 and consisting of 886,667 units priced at 7.5 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable for three years at 12.5 cents.
Proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital and administrative expenses.
The securities issued in connection with the private placement are subject to a four-month hold period expiring April 30, 2017.
