Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. Announces Recommendations Available for Response
Vancouver BC, January 30, 2014: The Company is pleased to announce that in response to the British Columbia Supreme Court case Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. v. British Columbia (Environment), 2013 BCSC 2258, the September 20, 2012 Recommendations of the Executive Director of the Environmental Assessment Office in the matter of an application for an Environmental Assessment Certificate for the proposed Morrison Copper/Gold Mine Project have been provided to the Company for review and response to the recommendations made in the report.
