PACIFIC BOOKER MINERALS INC. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement consisting of 125,000 units. The private placement units consist of one share at a purchase price of $4.00 per share and a warrant to purchase one-half of one share, exercisable at a price of $4.00 per share for the first year and $5.00 per share for the second year, subject to regulatory approval. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital. No finder’s fee or commission is payable for this private placement.
