Opawica agreement for Little d’Espoir property

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a non-arm’s length property purchase and sale agreement dated Oct. 14, 2021, among Opawica Explorations Inc., 1239658 B.C. Ltd. (Dillion Brayton), Nicholas Rodway and 1249439 B.C. Ltd. (Arielle Morgan), whereby the company is to acquire from the sellers a 100-per-cent ownership in the Little d’Espoir Lake extension property, located in the Exploits subzone in Newfoundland, for the consideration of $30,000 in cash and the issuance of 600,000 common shares of the company.
