Northern Lights holders elect five directors at AGM

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

Northern Lights Resources Corp. has disclosed the results of its annual general meeting held on Nov. 19, 2020.

The following resolutions were passed at the annual general meeting:

Elected Albert (Rick) Timcke, Jason Bahnsen, Graham Keevil, Richard Kelertas and Gordon Tainton to the board of directors until the next annual general meeting;
Appointed Davidson & Company LLP as auditor for the financial year ending April 30, 2021.

Subsequent to the annual meeting, the board of directors appointed the following officers:

Albert (Rick) Timcke as executive chairman and president;
Jason Bahnsen as chief executive officer;
Leon Ho as chief financial officer.
