Noble Mineral property agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a claims vending agreement dated Dec. 4, 2021, between the company and two arm’s-length parties, whereby the company has acquired three mining claims located in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Under the terms of the agreement, as consideration, the company will issue to the vendors an aggregate of two million common shares and pay $37,440 in cash.
