NOBLE CLOSES TRANSACTIONS WITH CANADA NICKEL

Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. has closed the sale transaction and option transaction with Canada Nickel Company Inc., which were approved at the shareholder meeting held on March 14, 2022. For further details on the sale transaction and option transaction, please refer to the news releases issued on Nov. 22, 2021, Feb. 24, 2022, and March 15, 2022.
