The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced June 2, 2020, June 26, 2020, and July 3, 2020.
Number of shares: 19.51 million shares
Purchase price: five cents per share
Warrants: 19.51 million share purchase warrants to purchase 19.51 million shares
Warrant exercise price: seven cents for a three-year period
Number of placees: 17 placees
Finders’ fees: an aggregate of $24,800 in cash and 496,000 finders’ warrants payable to Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. (Each finder’s warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at seven cents for a three-year period.)
