The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement.
Number of shares: 18.5 million shares
Purchase price: five cents per share
Warrants: 18.5 million share purchase warrants to purchase 18.5 million shares
Warrant exercise price: seven cents for a three-year period
Number of placees: seven placees
Total pro group involvement: three million (one placee)
Finder’s fee: an aggregate of $12,000 in cash and 240,000 finder’s warrants payable to Research Capital Corp. (Each finder’s warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at seven cents until May 31, 2024.)
