Number of shares: five million flow-through shares and 5.6 million non-flow-through shares
Purchase price: five cents per share
Warrants: 10.6 million share purchase warrants to purchase 10.6 million shares
Warrant exercise price: seven cents for a three-year period
Number of placees: four placees
