Manganese X Energy to pay Graphano share dividend

The company is spinning out some of its mining assets via a plan of arrangement of its wholly owned subsidiary, Graphano Energy Ltd.
Dividend per share: one share of Graphano Energy per eight shares of the company

Ex dividend date: Aug. 23, 2021
