Manganese X Energy spinout of Graphano Energy

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin of Aug. 18, 2021, pursuant to special resolutions passed by the shareholders of Manganese X Energy Corp. on April 12, 2021, the company has completed a plan of arrangement under Section 297 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (BCBCA). The plan of arrangement will be completed on Aug. 27, 2021, the payable date, and results in the company shareholders receiving one share of Graphano Energy Ltd. for every eight shares of the company held on the record date of Aug. 24, 2021
