Klondike Silver 2,233,072 units for debt

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted filing the company’s proposal to issue 2,233,072 units. Each unit consists of one common share and a share purchase warrant exercisable at five cents for a period of five years to settle outstanding debt for $111,653.
Number of creditors: nine creditors

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
