There are not many orthomagmatic mines on earth but the few that exist are known as some of the most notable wealth creating deposits on earth! Perhaps the most notable mine ever is the Norilsk mine in Russia, known for its nickel, copper, platinum-group metals. Norilsk is said to contain $1 trillion worth of metal over a mere one-square kilometer footprint.

“Orthomagmatic” is a geological term for ore deposits formed directly from magma. A freak of nature if you will! Power Metallic’s Nisk deposit in Quebec is, like Norilsk, a “freak of nature.” While the size of Nisk doesn’t yet match the Norilsk, its 7.1 million tonnes NiEq grading 1.1% and its 9.4 million tonnes grading 7% CuEq puts it in the kind of grades that have made Norilsk the wealthiest mine in history. Moreover, there is good reason to expect the company’s current drill program will dramatically increase the size of the Nisk Deposit.

Already, given the exceptional high grade, near surface Nisk deposit, it most likely already hosts sufficient value to justify building a mine. That plus some really good news regarding much higher than expected metallurgical recoveries that Terry talks about in this interview are reasons to buy these shares aggressively at current share price levels. By so doing, you will join the ranks of legendary investors like Robert Friedland and Rob McEwen who have become major shareholders.

All the important boxes like jurisdiction (Quebec), infrastructure, metallurgy, talented work force have been checked.

Last year a lackluster share price performance was due in part to a delay in drilling some exciting new discoveries. The drilling delay was due to the fact that Power Metallic did not possess the land package onto which this new discovery trended. Having now acquired that ground, the table is set for an aggressive 2026 drill program. In my view, it would be a mistake for any savvy investor in the mining space not to listen to what Terry has to say HERE.
