GOLDEN GOLIATH HOLDS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. has successfully completed its annual general meeting held on April 21, 2021. The meeting was completed using teleconferencing and in-person representation at the company’s office in Vancouver. All items in the company’s information circular were overwhelmingly approved and the board of directors was re-elected for another year.
