The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.
Private placement
Number of warrants: 7.86 million
Original expiry date of warrants: June 8, 2021
New expiry date of warrants: June 7, 2022
Exercise price of warrants: 10 cents
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 9.96 million shares with 9.96 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective July 27, 2020.
