Mr. J. Frank Callaghan reports

GOLDEN CARIBOO INITIATES CORE ORIENTATION SYSTEM ON ACTIVE DRILL PROGRAM

Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. has introduced an oriented core system on the active drill program at the Quesnelle gold quartz property. Drill core orientation preserves the original position of the rock retrieved during the drilling process, which allows for the collection of structural measurements of rock formations, veins and geologic structures as they were in-situ underground. It is expected that the oriented core data collected will be a key component in generating a geological and structural model for gold mineralization on the property.

The Company would also like to provide a drill production update for the Quesnelle Gold Quartz property. The Company has completed drilling holes QGQ24-09, QGQ24-10, QGQ24-11 and QGQ24-12 for a total of 1268.87 m (4162.3 ft) and drilling actively continues on hole QGQ24-13. Assay results are pending for all holes and the remaining 387.05 m (1269.9 ft) of hole QGQ24-08 (from 324.96 to 712.01 m, 1063.0 to 2336.0 ft).

Additionally, the Company has expanded the technical team with the addition of Sebastian Triebert, M.Sc. to the active program in Hixon, BC. Sebastian is a graduate from the Freiberg University of Mining and Technology and has experience working in both Germany and Finland exploring for battery and precious metals.

About Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd.

Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. is rediscovering the Cariboo Gold Rush by proceeding with highly targeted drilling and trenching programs on its Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine property which is almost fully encircled on 3 of 4 sides by Osisko Development (NSE-ODV/TSXV-ODV). Historically, over 101 placer gold creeks on the 90 km trend from the Cariboo Hudson mine north to the Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine property have recorded production and successful placer mining continues to this day.

Golden Cariboo’s Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine property is 4 km northeast of, and road accessible from, Hixon in central British Columbia. The Project includes the Quesnelle Quartz gold-silver deposit, which was discovered in 1865 in conjunction with placer mining activities. Hixon Creek, which dissects the old workings, is a placer creek which has seen small-scale placer production since the mid 1860s.
