Fancamp Exploration agreement for Mallard claims

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an agreement dated Dec. 18, 2018, between Fancamp Exploration Ltd. and Joseph Morin, whereby the company will acquire two claims in the Mallard property, located near Timmins, Ont. Consideration is 100,000 common shares and $6,000 cash. The vendor will retain a net smelter return royalty of 0.5 per cent.
