Cypress Development receives payment from Pasinex

CYPRESS DEVELOPMENT RECEIVES PAYMENTS FROM PASINEX

Cypress Development Corp. has received a $100,000 (U.S.) payment from Pasinex Resources Ltd. The payment is in continuation of the 2017 option agreement on the Spur (formally Gunman) zinc-silver property in Nevada. In continuation of the amended agreement, the company also received 200,000 shares of Pasinex on Sept. 11, 2019 (see Sept. 12 news release).
