Cypress Development agreement with Dajin Resources

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Nov. 6, 2018, between Cypress Development Corp. and Dajin Resources Corp., whereby Cypress can earn a 50-per-cent interest in 145 unpatented mining claims and an application for water rights in Alkali Spring Valley, Esmeralda county, Nevada. In consideration, the company will pay $50,000 (U.S.) in cash and issue 300,000 shares (in the first year) to Dajin. The exploration expenditures required for a two-year period are in the amount of $450,000 (U.S.) ($200,000 (U.S.) in the first year).
