Cypress Development acquisition of 24 Nevada claims

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation a mineral property acquisition agreement dated May 3, 2021, between Robert Marvin, Joy Marvin, Rainey Marvin and Nolan Marvin (collectively referred to as the vendors) and Cypress Development Corp., whereby the company will purchase a 100-per-cent undivided legal and beneficial interest in and to the Goat claims, consisting of 24 claims, a total of 480 contiguous acres, located in Esmeralda county, Nevada, United States.
Under the terms of the agreement, the purchase price will be satisfied via an issuance of 49,000 common shares at a deemed price of $1.23 per common share to the vendors.
