About CopAur
CopAur Minerals Inc. is a public gold mine development company focused on advancing its 100%-owned Kinsley Mountain Gold Project in Nevada, a past-producing mine in one of the world’s top-ranked mining jurisdictions.
Kinsley produced approximately 138,000 ounces of gold from 1995–1999 through open pit mining . Today, CopAur is working toward a restart of Kinsley, supported by a NI 43-101 Preliminary Economic Analysis (PEA) Technical Report.
The PEA includes an updated geological model, resulting in a 52% growth over the 2021 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) to 742,000 Indicated ounces at 1.11 grams-per-tonne (g/t) gold (Au) and 69,000 Inferred ounces at 1.98 g/t Au, including 384,000 Indicated ounces at 5.32 g/t Au within the high-grade Secret Canyon zone.
The financial analysis indicates the project has a ~US$100 million Post-Tax NPV at a 5% discount rate at today’s gold price.
With a leadership team that has designed, built and operated gold and copper mines worldwide, CopAur is well-positioned to advance Kinsley through its next stage of development.
CEO Andrew Neale brings decades of senior operating and development experience across companies such as Freeport-McMoRan, Hemco Nicaragua and Merdeka Copper & Gold, while COO Chris Babcock has held lead roles in numerous open-pit, heap-leach gold operations, including the El Castillo Mine and the start-up of the Mulatos Mine in Mexico.
This depth of operating and project-delivery experience underpins CopAur’s capability to expedite the restart of the past-producing Kinsley Mountain Gold Project.
