Contact Exploration grants options to buy 1.1 million shares
CONTACT EXPLORATION INC. ISSUES INCENTIVE OPTIONS
Contact Exploration Inc. has issued a total of 1.1 million stock options to certain employees and consultants of the company in accordance with the company’s shareholder approved stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable at a price of 20 cents per share, expire in August, 2018, and vest immediately.
