Constantine investor Tognetti acquires 689,000 shares

On June 23, 2017, John Tognetti acquired ownership of 689,000 common shares in the capital of Constantine Metal Resources Ltd., which increased Mr. Tognetti’s percentage of common shares held by approximately 0.59 per cent. The shares of the issuer were acquired by Mr. Tognetti through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a per-share price of 15.5 cents.

Immediately before the transaction that triggered the requirement to file this report, Mr. Tognetti owned 15,409,000 common shares of the issuer and exercised control or direction over 2,208,000 common shares of the issuer for a total of 17,617,000 common shares, representing approximately 15.01 per cent of the issuer’s issued and outstanding common shares.

Immediately after the transaction that triggered the requirement to file this report, Mr. Tognetti owned 16,098,000 common shares of the issuer and exercised control or direction over 2,208,000 common shares of the issuer for a total of 18,306,000 common shares, representing approximately 15.60 per cent of the issuer’s issued and outstanding common shares.

As of the date of this report, Mr. Tognetti owns 16,525,500 common shares of the issuer and exercises control or direction of 2,208,000 for a total of 18,733,500 common shares or approximately 15.96 per cent of the issuer’s issued and outstanding common shares.

The shares were acquired for investment purposes by Mr. Tognetti, and he will evaluate the investments in the issuer and may increase or decrease the investments by future acquisitions or dispositions of securities of the issuer as circumstances warrant.
