CLAIM POST RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES EXTENSION PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Claim Post Resources Inc. has extended its non-brokered private placement offering, previously announced on July 29, 2013. The company anticipates that it will close the first tranche of the offering shortly.

The company also wishes to correct the option references in its press release of July 29, 2013. The press release incorrectly stated that there were 4.55 million stock options outstanding. The correct number of options outstanding is 4.05 million.
