The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.
Private placement:
Tranche 1
Number of warrants: eight million
Original expiry date of warrants: Oct. 16, 2021
New expiry date of warrants: Oct. 16, 2022
Exercise price of warrants: 15 cents
Tranche 2
Number of warrants: 2.5 million
Original expiry date of warrants: Dec. 6, 2021
New expiry date of warrants: Dec. 6, 2022
Exercise price of warrants: 15 cents
These warrants were issued in two tranches pursuant to a private placement of 12.5 million shares with 12.5 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Jan. 17, 2020.
