Ceylon gets OK to extend expiry of warrants, debentures

CEYLON GRAPHITE ANNOUNCES APPROVAL TO AMEND CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES AND WARRANTS

Further to its press release of Nov. 9, 2021, Ceylon Graphite Corp. has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to amend certain terms of the convertible debenture that were issued by the company on May 23, 2018, and the common share purchase warrants issued on May 23, 2018, in connection with the convertible debentures.

Pursuant to the terms of the amendment, the maturity date of the convertible debentures is extended by one year from Nov. 23, 2021, to Nov. 23, 2022, and the expiry date of the warrants have been amended such the warrants will expire Nov. 23, 2022.

All other terms and conditions of the convertible debentures and warrants will remain unchanged.
