Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on Feb. 15, 2018, Castle Silver Resources Inc. has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening on Feb. 23, 2018, the common shares of Canada Cobalt Works Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Castle Silver will be delisted. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/development company.

Capitalization: unlimited shares with no par value of which 62,300,653 shares are issued and outstanding
