CANAMEX GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS
Canamex Gold Corp. has released the results of the company’s special meeting held in Vancouver, B.C., on Aug. 25, 2021.
The shareholders approved, with 77 per cent voting in favour of all motions put forth at the special meeting, including the re-election of the four directors and the appointment of Smythe LLP as auditor of the company. A total of 21,617,609 common shares, or 35.15 per cent of the company’s issued and outstanding common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the special meeting.
