Avarone Metals grants options to buy 755,000 shares
AVARONE METALS INC. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
Avarone Metals Inc. has granted incentive stock options, pursuant to its rolling stock option plan approved at the company’s annual general meeting in September, 2016, to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. An aggregate of 755,000 of the options have been granted to insiders of the company. The options are each exercisable at five cents and expire 10 years from the date of grant.
The grant of options remains subject to acceptance by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
