Avalon would like to remind shareholders that its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) will be held on Thursday, February 23^rd at 10AM EST in the Cassels Boardroom, at the offices of Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, Scotia Plaza, 40 King Street West, Suite 2100, Toronto, Ontario M5H 3C2. Shareholders are encouraged to vote their proxy before the Tuesday, February 21^st deadline. Please note, only registered shareholders or their duly appointed proxyholders may attend the Meeting.
