Atomic Minerals amendment to Gravity-Jack agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amendment agreement dated Feb. 1, 2022, between Island Time Exploration Ltd., Raymond Wladichuk, Calderan Venture Ltd. and the company, whereby the option agreement dated March 24, 2021, to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Gravity-Jack property in British Columbia was amended so that the exploration expenditures to be incurred before Aug. 21, 2021, have been reduced from $200,000 to $127,000 and the date of the expenditures to be incurred has been extended to Jan. 31, 2022. In consideration for the amendments, the company will issue 100,000 common shares to Mr. Wladichuk.
