CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Scott Hean, chairman and a director of Arizona Silver Exploration Inc., has resigned, effective immediately, to address personal health concerns. The company supports his decision and would like to thank Mr. Hean for his dedicated service with Arizona Silver Exploration and the valuable knowledge and experience he contributed during his tenure. Board members would also like to extend their thoughts to Mr. Hean and his family at this time.
The company would also like to announce that Brady Stiles has been elected to the board of directors. The company is confident that Mr. Stiles’s proficiencies, experience and perspective will be of great value to Arizona Silver Exploration. It welcomes Mr. Stiles to the team.
