Arizona Silver arranges $250,000 private placement

ARIZONA SILVER ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, Arizona Silver Exploration Inc. proposes to raise up to $250,000 through a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,272,727 common shares at a price of 11 cents per share.
The company plans to use the proceeds of the private placement for further exploration of the Ramsey silver mine in La Paz county and of the Sycamore Canyon property in Graham county, both in Arizona, and for general working capital purposes.
