I hope everyone has been enjoying this time with family and friends. With markets closed this weekend, I thought I would take a minute to update you on recent and upcoming events.

We recently closed an oversubscribed $4.6M financing that included friends & family and management, as well as a significant participation by industry heavy weights, Sprott and Rick Rule.

Pads 1 & 2 are completed, and the drill rig is on site. We will be starting with 4 holes as shown in the image below, moving down dip. I would also like to point out recently that the Moss Mine has filed for bankruptcy, which has brought strong attention to the Oatman District in which we operate. The Moss Mine is only 6.7 miles away from the AZS property. Listen to this interview with the Junior Mining Network to fully understand the potential of this. We are currently exploring the largest gold discovery in the Oatman District, likely the largest in Arizona as well. This is now resonating with some majors in the industry looking for future development opportunities. Our drilling has proven 1.6km of continuous strike length. We have 1.5 km to the south with vein outcropping still unexplored. We are also looking at the eastern anomaly showing signs of the same alteration as our current Red Hills drilling location. The Eastern section is 20 to 25 times larger than the Red Hill site.

Management feels extremely fortunate to have capital to drill and the current rising gold price also gives market attention to our sector. Management has continued to support financings and never sold a share! The fact that those that wait for buy-outs will always see the premium to share price is the motivation we have. Patience is the key to success and prosperity.
