Number of flow-through (FT) shares: 1,022,229 flow-through shares

Purchase price: 45 cents per flow-through share

Warrants: 1,022,229 share purchase warrants to purchase 1,022,229 shares

Warrant initial exercise price: 65 cents

Warrant term to expiry: 18 months

Number of placees: three placees

Finders’ fees: Leede Jones Gable Inc., $14,000 cash and 31,111 warrants; GloRes Capital Inc., $14,000 cash and 31,111 warrants

Finder’s warrant initial exercise price: 65 cents

Finder’s warrant term to expiry: 18 months

Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
