A.I.S. RESOURCES EXTENDS WARRANTS
A.I.S. Resources Ltd. intends, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, to extend the term of 12,622,222 warrants expiring on Feb. 26, 2020. The share purchase warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 12,622,222 shares accepted for filing by the TSX-V on March 1, 2019.
The warrants will be extended for a period of two years until Feb. 26, 2022. The exercise price remains unchanged at 12 cents.
