TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.
Warrants: 24,029,750
Original expiry dates: March 22, 2020, and March 29, 2020
New expiry dates: March 22, 2021, and March 29, 2021
Exercise price: 10 cents
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 50 million shares with 25 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 4, 2018.
