Arizona Silver extends $442,000 private placement

ARIZONA SILVER ANNOUNCES EXTENSION TO PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Arizona Silver Exploration Inc., further to its news release of June 5, 2018, is proceeding with its previously announced proposed private placement of up to 3.4 million common shares at 13 cents per common share for gross proceeds of up to $442,000.

The company plans to use the proceeds of the private placement for further exploration of the Ramsey silver mine in La Paz county and Sycamore Canyon property in Graham county, both in Arizona, and for general working capital purposes.

All securities will be subject to a four-month hold period from the closing date. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
